These Terms govern your use of the PJOY application (the “App”) provided by Artem Riabets. By using the App you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region) to use PJOY. The App is intended for professional networking between performers and companies/venues.
You are responsible for the content you post (profile, photos, messages, reports). There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that involves minors, and not to impersonate others or spam.
PJOY provides tools to report content or users and to block users. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, typically within 24 hours of a valid report. Blocked users can no longer contact you or see your profile.
Companies may purchase auto-renewable subscriptions to access performer profiles and messaging. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
The App lets companies propose collaborations, performers confirm them, and both parties leave reviews after completion. Reviews must be honest and must not contain abusive content.
You may delete your account at any time in the App. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
PJOY is a platform that connects users; we do not employ performers or companies and are not a party to any agreement between them. The App is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
